At Pawlink, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible to Hello@pawlink.co.nz. so we can assess the issue and make it right.
When contacting us, please include:

)Clear photos of the item and the outer packaging

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
)Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
)Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

 Return Shipping
)Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
)Original shipping fees are non-refundable

)Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your return request is approved
