Auckland
- Free delivery on orders over $49
- Flat rate $6.90 under $49
North Island (outside Auckland)
- $6.90 shipping for orders under $79
- $9.90 shipping for orders between $79 – $159
- Free shipping on orders over $159
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:
- 2–3 business days Northland region
- 3-5 business days Southland region
- Delivery times may be extended during peak periods such as public holidays.
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Shipping costs are charged in addition to the product price.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A valid street address is required.

We choose the most appropriate courier service based on your order size and delivery location.
Shipping partners may include local courier services operating within New Zealand.
Delivery Information
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
- Couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- If you have special delivery instructions, please include them in the order notes at checkout. While we cannot guarantee all requests, we will do our best to accommodate them.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery.
If the order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange:
- Redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply), or
- A refund of the order value excluding shipping cost
